CrickRX Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights Before You Play

1. Introduction

Welcome to crickrx. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the crickrx platform, including all games, payment services, promotions, and any other features available at crickrx.net. Please read these Terms carefully before creating an account or placing any wager on crickrx.

CrickRX is operated by CrickRX Limited, a company incorporated and operating in accordance with applicable licensing requirements. The crickrx platform is intended for use by players in Bangladesh who meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 of these Terms.

By accessing crickrx, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms in full. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and crickrx. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the crickrx platform.

2. Eligibility

To open and use a crickrx account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or otherwise legally permitted to access online gaming services.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a crickrx employee.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the crickrx platform.
• You must be registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

CrickRX reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory documentation, crickrx may suspend or close your account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account on crickrx. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

When registering on crickrx, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and preferred payment method. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. CrickRX is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

Your crickrx account credentials — username and password — are personal to you. You must not share them with anyone. CrickRX will never ask for your password through any channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact [email protected] immediately and change your password.

• Use a strong, unique password for your crickrx account.
• Do not log in from shared or public devices without logging out afterwards.
• Enable any additional security features offered by crickrx when available.
• Notify crickrx support immediately if you notice any suspicious activity on your account.

4. Deposits & Payments

CrickRX accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — the three most widely used mobile wallets in Bangladesh. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension.

The minimum deposit on crickrx is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though crickrx may apply limits at its discretion for security or compliance reasons. All deposits are credited to your crickrx account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.

• Deposits must come from accounts in your own name.
• CrickRX does not charge deposit fees, though your mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• If a deposit does not appear in your crickrx account within 15 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

5. Withdrawals

CrickRX processes withdrawal requests to the same mobile wallet used for the most recent deposit. This is a security measure to prevent fraud and money laundering. Withdrawals to a different payment method require identity verification and may take longer to process.

The minimum withdrawal amount on crickrx is ৳500. Most withdrawals are processed within five minutes during normal operating hours. In some cases — particularly for larger amounts or first-time withdrawals — crickrx may request identity verification documents before releasing funds.

• Withdrawals are sent to your registered mobile wallet.
• Processing time: typically under 5 minutes; up to 24 hours for verification cases.
• CrickRX does not charge withdrawal fees on standard accounts.
• Bonus funds must meet wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• CrickRX reserves the right to request KYC documents for any withdrawal at any time.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

CrickRX offers a welcome bonus to new players on their first deposit, as well as ongoing promotions for existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out here.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all crickrx bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount. This means that if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳20,000 before the bonus balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering contributions vary by game — slots typically contribute 100%, table games may contribute less.
• Bonuses expire 30 days after being credited unless stated otherwise.
• CrickRX reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Players found abusing bonus offers — including through multiple accounts or coordinated play — will have bonuses removed and accounts reviewed.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per payment method.

7. Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on crickrx — including Insect Master, Judo, Blocky Block, 3-Hand Casino Hold'em, Roulette, and Deuces Wild — use independently certified random number generators (RNG). The RNG certification ensures that every game outcome is genuinely random and not influenced by previous results, player history, or account balance.

CrickRX publishes the Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game. RTP represents the theoretical long-term return to players and is calculated over millions of game rounds. Individual session results will vary. The published RTP figures for crickrx games are verified by independent auditors.

• All crickrx game outcomes are determined by certified RNG software.
• Game results are final once confirmed by the crickrx system.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round will be voided and stakes returned.
• CrickRX is not responsible for losses resulting from player misunderstanding of game rules.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the crickrx platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account on crickrx.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with crickrx games or systems.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors — any such bugs must be reported to crickrx support immediately.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent or illegal means.
• Attempting to reverse or charge back legitimate deposits after using the funds to play.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic restrictions or security measures on crickrx.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

CrickRX reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in violation of these Terms, or if required to do so for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

If your crickrx account is suspended for investigation, you will not be able to log in, deposit, withdraw, or play during the suspension period. CrickRX will aim to complete any investigation within 14 business days and will communicate the outcome to you via your registered email or mobile number.

• Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.
• Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
• CrickRX retains transaction and account records for a minimum of five years after account closure.

10. Privacy & Data

CrickRX collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By using crickrx, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

CrickRX will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. We share data only where required by law, for payment processing, or for identity verification purposes with approved third-party providers. 11. Responsible Gaming

• CrickRX will honour all self-exclusion requests within 24 hours of receipt.
• During a self-exclusion period, crickrx will not send promotional communications to the excluded player.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, crickrx is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

CrickRX makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption or error at all times. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and to notify players of planned maintenance in advance. Unplanned outages will be resolved as quickly as possible.

In all cases, crickrx's maximum liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Changes to These Terms

CrickRX reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players via their registered mobile number or email address at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the crickrx platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using crickrx and may close your account in accordance with Section 9.
